There are many dishes that make use of Shinshu ingredients, and all of them are carefully prepared and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the sashimi of Shinshu salmon, which had a refreshing taste. The soba is also of high quality, and the duck soba has a wonderful aroma that satisfied me. There is a wide variety of drinks, including wine, and you can also enjoy dishes like rolled omelet and parfait.
