I had requested all-you-can-drink, and it was very nice that it was brought to me right after I ordered. After taking away the dishes that had leftover food, they kindly came back to return what they mistakenly took away, showing great consideration, and I had a wonderful time. 😀

We enjoyed the fusilli lungi and continued our visit from last week. We enjoyed the same pasta today with a different pairing.(^o^) This time, the appetizer arrangement was wonderfully impactful zucchini.　The main restaurant here has an outstanding storefront and atmosphere. Il Paciocchione Caseificio in Tokyo is happy because they serve delicious burrata. Next month I will be able to visit the store in Niigata City. I feel a connection(^o^) I was able to secure a lot of food in Joetsu. Lucky(^o^)

This was my first time using the service, and as rumored, the meat was very delicious. What impressed me even more was the staff's response, which was very good. They were cheerful and considerate, making it very pleasant to have a meal. However, when the staff brought the meat, they mentioned the names, but since it was so delicious, I found myself wondering 'What was it again?' when I wanted to order the same thing. When there are two types on one plate, there is a paper with the names, so I thought it would be nice if all plates had that.

The white wooden building from the Meiji era is very lovely, enveloped in a retro and elegant atmosphere. The dishes and cutlery are modern, and the fun of taking them out from the table drawer adds to the experience. The French cuisine, utilizing local ingredients, is beautifully presented, with each plate offering a fresh surprise. You can relax in a private room and enjoy your meal while gazing at the garden outside the window. The seasonal courses, the smoky presentations, and the signature salad and spring rolls with asparagus are all very delicious. The wine pairings are perfect, and the fat of the Kubiki Wagyu is light and leaves a lasting impression without being heavy.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and the waitresses were energetic and easy to talk to. The meat was very tasty, but some of it came out a little late, and I wondered if I was forgotten. I thought it was forgotten... Other than that, it was really good.

The sushi and even the steamed egg custard were delicious and everything exceeded my expectations! The customer service was courteous and very pleasant! I can't wait to go back!
