This is a hidden soba restaurant located in a residential area. The handmade thin noodles have a firm texture, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the soba and its smoothness. The freshly fried tempura has a light batter and a fragrant crunch. The spacious interior has a style where you take off your shoes, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm. You can also enjoy small side dishes, desserts, and coffee, allowing for a leisurely time.
The food is plentiful, and I often visit when I want to eat ethnic foods such as pak choi or seasonal parfaits. The interior design of the restaurant and the calendar in the restroom are also interesting. It is a pity that the restaurant is only open at night once a month, but you can stay until late in the evening, making it a great place for a relaxing girls' night out.
I often go there because it is in my neighborhood.
Even though it is in the suburbs, it is quite prosperous.
I think the food, coffee, atmosphere, and service are good.
Hassho is a highly regarded hand-made soba restaurant in Toyama Prefecture. The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the attentive service is one of its attractions. The soba, made from buckwheat flour sourced from Fukushima, is fresh and boasts an exquisite aroma and texture. You can enjoy its rich flavor along with the creamy soba broth.
The waitress was very friendly, easy to talk to and fun. The meat was also very tasty. I would have been very satisfied if the portions were a little more generous, but they were very elegantly presented.
