A native Japanese grape variety hybridized by the pioneer of Japanese winemaking, Zenbei Kawakami. Aged in barrels for 4 months, it is a wine that expresses fruity flavors.
After fermenting the Zenkoji longan from Shinshu at low temperatures, it is aged in French oak barrels. It features a moderate flavor that does not interfere with the quality of the ingredients, and a refreshing mouthfeel.
A dry rosé wine with a vibrant aroma, pleasant acidity, and a good balance of rich fruit. Made from black grapes from the 'Wako Vineyard' in the Maruko area of Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture.
This sake is made in Nakano City, which is just around the corner. It has a fruity and floral aroma, a pure taste, and after the sweetness spreads in the mouth, it finishes with a slight spiciness that cuts smoothly.
