I was drawn in by the large lantern and stopped by on a whim. Once inside, there was a standing bar counter and tables in the back, both of which were easy to use and comfortable. They also had a happy hour, which lifted my spirits from the very first drink. The ice-cold Heartland draft beer was smooth even down to the foam, and it was refreshing even on a hot day. There was a rich variety of homemade snacks, such as homemade pickles and fresh oysters from Kombu Mori, which made me excited every time I ordered. The staff and other customers were friendly, and even as a first-timer, conversation flowed naturally, allowing me to have a very enjoyable time.
