This is a rich and delicious motsunabe made by expertly blending several types of Kyushu miso and Saikyo miso, and adding a special sauce from Ooyama.
We added seafood broth to our uniquely blended soy sauce. This is a motsunabe with a gentle and mellow flavor that highlights the ingredients.
Orders are accepted from two servings.
Original from Ooyama! This ice cream is made with soy sauce from the long-established 'Kamikyu Soy Sauce' (established 160 years ago) in Hakata.

This is a motsunabe with a unique blend of soy sauce and a triple dashi made from offal, vegetables, and seafood. It has a gentle and mellow flavor that highlights the ingredients.
