Ryougen is a unique ramen bar located in the basement of the Japanese restaurant Hoshika in Jiyugaoka, open from 11 PM until morning. The ramen, made with carefully prepared beef consomme broth over three days, features a deep flavor that showcases traditional Japanese techniques. Leveraging its connection with Hoshika, Ryougen offers a rich selection of sake and a variety of izakaya-style dishes.
