Soba Uchi Koujin is a place where you can enjoy traditional soba against the backdrop of the beautiful scenery of southern Akita. The summer-only chilled soba is particularly appealing, featuring the delicate flavor of the soba and the novelty of the frozen broth. The finely cut soba offers a pleasant texture and a firm chewiness that enhances the umami of the ingredients. The light and enjoyable soba tofu and tempura rice bowl are also highly recommended.

The interior is Japanese modern, with classical music playing, creating a calming atmosphere. The thinly cut soba has a distinct aroma and a pleasant texture when swallowed. The 100% buckwheat soba has a grainy feel and strong chewiness, while the 80% buckwheat soba is smooth and easy to swallow. The dipping sauce made with duck is fragrant and rich, allowing the deliciousness of the duck to be fully appreciated. There are also various side dishes like soba tofu, grilled miso, and herring, providing a variety of enjoyment. The rich soba broth after the meal left me feeling happy until the very end.
