Beginning with an "assortment of five kinds of chicken sashimi," which is made using a unique method to achieve a texture close to that of raw chicken, the main course features "mizutaki with thick chicken white soup" that concentrates the flavor of the chicken. In addition, popular dishes such as "Miyazaki Jitokko Chicken Grilled with Miso Sansho (Japanese pepper paste)" and "Deep-fried Chicken Wings" are also generously included. From ramen noodles to the much-talked-about "Martani soy sauce ice cream," the menu is suitable for important gatherings, business entertainment, or just to reward yourself.
