For the main course, we offer the delicious "Miyazaki Jitokko Chicken Charcoal Grill" and the refreshing "Chicken Tataki - Hyuganatsu Ponzu Vinegar". The "Miso Bagna" enhances the sweetness of Gifu vegetables, and the "Deep-fried chicken wings" are addictive. This course is recommended for those who want to casually enjoy the specialties of the new restaurant, including the "Homemade Chicken Miso Jar Noodles" to finish the meal.

This course is full of local love, with traditional Gifu flavors arranged in the "Minorido" style. For the main course, we offer "Miyazaki Jitokko Chicken Charcoal Grilled with Sansho Hoba Miso" grilled over aromatic Hoba leaves. The "Pickled Steak," a local staple, goes great with beer. In addition, from "Chicken Nanban with Young Chicken" to "Earthen Pot Rice with Shirasu and Mentaiko (cod roe)," which is carefully cooked one pair at a time, we have prepared a variety of delicacies with special care. We recommend this restaurant for entertaining guests from outside of Gifu Prefecture or for a night when you want to rediscover the delicacies of Gifu.

Minorido proudly presents this luxurious plan filled with the essence of chicken cuisine. Beginning with an "assortment of five kinds of chicken sashimi," which is made using a unique method to achieve a texture close to that of raw chicken, the main course features "mizutaki with thick chicken white soup" that concentrates the flavor of the chicken. In addition, popular dishes such as "Miyazaki Jitokko Chicken Grilled with Miso Sansho (Japanese pepper paste)" and "Deep-fried Chicken Wings" are also generously included. From ramen noodles to the much-talked-about "Martani soy sauce ice cream," the menu is suitable for important gatherings, business entertainment, or just to reward yourself.
