The course includes a wide variety of grilled meats carefully selected by our chefs, including Japanese black beef, and handmade Korean home-style dishes. You can enjoy the Korean home-style cuisine of Kayaran.
A platter of napa cabbage, cucumber kimchi, and radish kimchi; this is the origin of our shop that started from street sales.
The Korean-style salad made with fully ripe tomatoes has started its release in August 2025 and is a very popular menu item.
A traditional Korean steamed dish primarily made with eggs. Pottan means bomb, and it is a fluffy Korean-style chawanmushi that is so voluminous it resembles a bomb.
A Korean New Year's dish made with Korean glass noodles (dangmyeon), vegetables, and meat. It has a smooth texture and a mild flavor, making it very popular among children.
