Here, you can enjoy handmade sweets and curry made from local ingredients, as well as aromatic coffee brewed with carefully selected beans and spring water. This is spring water sourced from a unique waterway drawn by the Hirazawa community. It has no chlorine smell and is sweet and mellow. The community conducts joint work every ten years for maintenance of this waterway, which is a very challenging maintenance task and allows us to enjoy the 'blessings of the mountain village.'
