In an old folk house cafe located in a mountain village, the atmosphere is very lovely. The black-glossed beams, thick pillars, and thatched roof evoke a sense of history. The freshly brewed coffee made with pure spring water has a wonderful aroma and is very comforting. The carefully prepared curry and homemade sweets are also satisfying. In particular, the beef tendon curry and the set of mugwort chiffon cake with coffee were delicious. The location, surrounded by quiet nature, feels like being in a movie world and is very healing.

This is spring water sourced from a unique waterway drawn by the Hirazawa community. It has no chlorine smell and is sweet and mellow. The community conducts joint work every ten years for maintenance of this waterway, which is a very challenging maintenance task and allows us to enjoy the 'blessings of the mountain village.'
