The dishes that utilized seasonal ingredients were all impressive. The charcoal-grilled eel and matsutake mushrooms had a wonderful aroma, and the grilling was exquisite with the seasoning of salt perfectly balanced. The clear soup and grilled young sweetfish also conveyed the quality of the ingredients well. I was truly moved by the shabu-shabu of wagyu beef infused with the fragrance of flower pepper. The final dish of kamadaki rice had a gentle flavor of thin beans and scallops, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The delicate presentation of the hassun and sesame dressing also reflected careful craftsmanship, allowing me to enjoy a happy feeling until the very end.
