Our restaurant's specialty! We use 'grilled flying fish' made with Takahashi's unique method. The flavored oil is a special blend developed by Takahashi that brings out the aroma of the grilled flying fish to the maximum. The noodles are custom-made in collaboration with a long-established noodle shop in Kyoto. You can enjoy the remaining soup by adding white rice to make grilled flying fish chazuke, allowing you to savor every last drop.
This is a hearty bowl of grilled dried fish salt ramen topped with pork belly, seasoned egg, seaweed, and more.
This is a sauce that luxuriously uses Sekigahara tamari soy sauce, bringing out the power of soy sauce. You can enjoy the rich aroma of soy sauce that does not lose to the back fat. You can also add white rice to the remaining soup and enjoy it like ochazuke, which will increase your satisfaction!
This dish features Takahashi's proud shoulder roast char siu, prepared in a Japanese style with the umami of bonito and sesame for a refreshing taste. The accompanying wasabi pairs perfectly.
