'Ara' is a high-end fish known nationally as 'Kue' and referred to as 'Ara' in the Kyushu region. It is commonly used as an ingredient in chanko, a dish popular in the sumo world. If you want to enjoy the 'Ara', known as the fish yokozuna, 'Ara-chiri' is the way to go!! (Orders start from two servings.)
Can be ordered for one person or more.
Thick slices of blanched fugu meat and plump skin, generously topped with a mountain of green onions and condiments!! The original citrus-flavored ponzu sauce pairs perfectly. When mixed well and eaten, this dish is simply irresistible!! It's truly moving.
Enjoy the deliciousness of domestically produced ingredients. Sold out, no exceptions.
Winter limited edition. A special item available only during the peak season.
Please check the in-store board for today's recommended fresh fish.
