Raffa Offida (Passerina) uses the now very popular Passerina grape variety in Italy, fermented at a low temperature of 14 degrees, achieving a rich flavor that is balanced yet full of fruity goodness. It is a white wine with an incredibly natural taste.
Riesling Ortrepo Pavese (Riesling) is recognized by the Ortrepo Sommelier Association as the 'most representative taste of the region,' so much so that it is used for study, symbolizing the flavor of Italian Riesling. It leaves a pleasant acidity and has a well-defined taste.
