Established in 1987 in Yokohama Chinatown, this Shanghai restaurant has been a favorite for over 30 years. The famous "Meilan Yakisoba," which has been featured in magazines and on TV, is a savory noodle dish baked to a golden brown and filled with pork, vegetables such as bean sprouts and onions, and a hot starchy sauce. The noodles are loosened to release the bean paste. The Roppongi Hills branch offers an original lunch set menu and a special dinner course meal, which can be enjoyed while viewing Tokyo Tower.
