The cuisine at the hotel features shojin (Buddhist vegetarian) dishes and vegan dishes based on kaiseki (traditional multi-course meal). The homemade sesame tofu and vegetable tempura are beautiful dishes that utilize the techniques of shojin cuisine, making them healthy and delicious. As a special plan, guests can also enjoy an evening of Kyoto dance and Kyoto cuisine with a maiko (apprentice geisha).

In the tea room 'Seika-an', you can experience authentic tea ceremony, receiving a name from the Urasenke school, and immerse yourself in the culture of Kyoto.
