Located near Sannomiya Station, Shou-chan offers a warm atmosphere where you can enjoy authentic teppanyaki. The interior is kept clean, and the quality of the teppanyaki dishes is exceptionally high, with every dish being exquisite. In particular, the Kobe-originated 'soba-meshi' and the stir-fried 'techan' and tofu are must-try items when you visit.

Okonomiyaki is recommended at this restaurant. A la carte dishes such as pork kimchi and tecchan-to-fu are also excellent and go well with sake. The okonomiyaki itself is also delicious, especially the oil cake okonomiyaki, which is melt-in-your-mouth on the inside with crispy cabbage and the flavor of green onions. Speedy service and a cooking space where you can see the food are also attractive. I would like to revisit this restaurant because it is close to Sannomiya Station and has a nice atmosphere.
