A standard Kamakura burger made with carefully selected chicken and pork, finished with a special secret sauce. Our homemade soy sauce seeps into the fluffy tofu hamburger, enhancing the flavor of the ingredients. It's fluffy yet has a solid meat texture, providing an excellent eating experience.
We serve a crunchy texture of daikon radish that has been carefully grated by hand, one piece at a time. Enjoy it refreshingly with plenty of Kujo green onions.
Homemade tartare made with uncolored pickled vegetables and green onions as an accent, balanced with a mild acidity, finished with a Japanese flavor using soy sauce and sansho pepper. Please enjoy it generously.
Sliced garlic lightly sautéed in sesame oil with chili oil, mixed with fried onions and shichimi togarashi, allowing you to enjoy the umami and aroma amidst the spiciness.
