We drizzled the flavorful fresh cheese Creme d'Anjou with sweet wine from Sicily, Italy. The sweetness reminiscent of apricots pairs perfectly with the cream. The slight bitterness of the wine at the end adds an accent to this adult dessert.
The most luxurious vanilla ice cream drizzled with a sweet wine that has a rich flavor reminiscent of black syrup, made from 100% Pedro Ximenez aged for over 20 years in Spain.
Producer: Olivier Jouan Production Area: Burgundy 1st Cru Vineyard Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir A family domaine that has been operating for four generations in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis. They have obtained strict organic certification ECOCERT through thorough grape cultivation. They are gaining attention as a new generation of winemakers. Featured in many wine evaluation magazines. The Les Ruchottes vineyard is the best 1st Cru vineyard adjacent to the Grand Cru vineyards of Clos de Tart and Bonne Maire. Aromas of red berries, spices, and oak create a complex and expansive bouquet. The rich fruitiness is complemented by vibrant acidity and fine tannins that provide a solid structure. The taste evokes elegance. You can indulge in the pleasant aftertaste for a long time.
Producer: Chateau Lanessan. Region: Bordeaux. Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Merlot 36%, Petit Verdot 4%. Located near the village of Saint-Julien, in the village of Cussac. Owned by the prestigious Bouteiller family since 1793. It boasts outstanding quality as a Petit Chateau below classification and is evaluated as 'a wine that would seriously be considered for the status of a fifth growth if the Medoc wine classification were redone.' It has a calm aroma of ripe dark berries, spices, and earth. The smooth texture and refined tannins create a pleasant aftertaste.
