We drizzled the flavorful fresh cheese Creme d'Anjou with sweet wine from Sicily, Italy. The sweetness reminiscent of apricots pairs perfectly with the cream. The slight bitterness of the wine at the end adds a touch of sophistication to this adult dessert.
The most luxurious vanilla ice cream drizzled with a sweet wine made from 100% Pedro Ximenez from Spain, aged for over 20 years, with a rich flavor reminiscent of black syrup.
Producer: Château Margaux, Third Label. Production area: Bordeaux, Margaux village. Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot. Classified as a First Growth in 1855, Château Margaux is known for its elegance and strength among the First Growths. This château pursued high quality as a third wine and confidently bottled and released it in 2009. Due to limited production, it is a rare wine that can only be tasted in select countries.
Producer: Roux Dumont Rare Selection Production Area: Burgundy Grapes: Pinot Noir, Gamay 'Roux Dumont' is a domain established in 2000 in Burgundy by Koji Nakada. The belief born from advice from Henri Jayer is encapsulated in the label 'Heaven, Earth, Man'. Additionally, the rare wines carefully selected by Mr. Nakada, who is also renowned as a négociant, make up this 'Rare Selection'. You can sense nuances of dried fruits, earth, and mushrooms from the aging process. It has a supple mouthfeel with still vibrant acidity, and the overall flavor is well-integrated due to the aging.
