We drizzled the flavorful fresh cheese Creme d'Anjou with sweet wine from Sicily, Italy. The sweetness reminiscent of apricots pairs perfectly with the cream. The slight bitterness of the wine at the end adds a sophisticated touch to this adult dessert.
The most luxurious vanilla ice cream drizzled with a sweet wine that has a rich flavor reminiscent of black syrup, made from 100% Pedro Ximenez aged for over 20 years in Spain.
Producer: Château Margaux, Third Label. Production area: Bordeaux, Margaux village. Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot. Classified as a First Growth in 1855, Château Margaux is renowned for its elegance and strength among the First Growths. This château pursues high quality as a third wine and confidently bottled and released it in 2009. Due to limited production, it is a rare wine that can only be tasted in select countries.
Production area: Bordeaux, Saint-Emilion. Grapes: Mainly Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and others. This wine is from a chateau owned by the owner of 'Chateau Ausone', one of the top wines of Saint-Emilion, and is famous as a brother wine to Ausone, crafted by the Ausone winemaking team. It is classified as Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. You can sense nuances of ripe berries and earthy, mushroom aromas from aging. It has a smooth mouthfeel, with refined tannins and still vibrant acidity, resulting in a well-integrated flavor due to aging.
