As I was walking along the lively street near the station, I was drawn in by a bright greeting. The menu features tapas made with Niigata ingredients and classic dishes typical of a bar, all of which are carefully prepared. It was interesting to choose between Spanish prosciutto or Niigata rice crackers as an appetizer, which made me excited from the start. Each dish, such as grilled taro and oyster gratin, was very delicious and highlighted the ingredients well. They have a selection of wines, homemade sangria, and even local sake, which is a delight for alcohol lovers. Thanks to the energetic staff and the comfortable counter seats, it became a fulfilling time for my heart as well.
