The gate structure like a high-class kappo restaurant has a good atmosphere, taste and personality ◎ * *Mentor Menya Imamura * * Ramen that looks like a Japanese-style restaurant. From the outside, the restaurant has a classy, high-class kappo-ryouri (Japanese cooking restaurant) atmosphere. The atmosphere is like that of a high-class kappo restaurant. Inside, it's clean and beautiful. The U-shaped counter is very relaxing! In front of the counter, low-temperature cooked chicken is being grilled over a charcoal fire! I regret that I should have sat right in front of it! *Seating in front of you is a must! The menu is very simple, only salt and soy sauce! Chicken noodle soup (shio) topped with an aji-tama! As soon as it was brought to me! The branding on the flavored egg was a sight to behold! My eyes were attracted by the branded ajidama! The soup is elegant yet rich. ❤️ I love it so much! Coarsely chopped onions! Cherry tomatoes in it... I thought, "Oh no, I don't need that. But then I tried it and it was delicious! But when I tried it, it was so delicious and tasty✨ I was like, "What's that concentrated flavor of tomatoes? * And what's more, this chicken chashu pork is delicious! The skin is charbroiled, so it's charbroiled to perfection. The skin is charbroiled, so the aroma of the charcoal is wonderful! * The seasoning is different. The lemon ginger and the mushrooms in oil are also included! I also recommend the chili pepper vinegar on the counter. I also got a little bit of shoyu (soy sauce), but it had a strong taste of dried sardines. It was delicious, but my favorite was salt. The waiter said that soy sauce used to be popular, but now salt is as popular as soy sauce! The waitress told me that shoyu was popular in the past, but now shio is just as popular! The lady was very nice! The customer service was divine! The other night we went to "Menya Imamura" in Sugamo for dinner. We went there after a round of golf at Sugamo! 🏌️‍♀️⛳️ Ordered "Chicken Niboshi Shiru Ramen Soy Sauce" ‼︎ The soup is a tender chicken shiratsuyu base with a perfect amount of niboshi (dried sardines)! 🐔🐟. I never thought that the eggy taste of niboshi and the richness of chicken shirayu would match so well! I've never had this soup before and it's insanely delicious ‼︎😭😭 The noodles are medium thick and edgy pre-pulled noodles! They are well mixed with the tasty soup and are very satisfying👍 The chicken chashu pork was grilled in front of you with binchotan charcoal! 🐓🔥. The tender meat and the aroma from the charcoal grill is irresistible ✨✨. Tsuta was my go-to for ramen in Sugamo, but I didn't realize there were other ramen shops besides Tsuta that were so good! 😳 I will visit again! 🏃‍♀️
