Sitting at the counter in front of the hot grill, I feel excited by the sounds and aromas of cooking. The staff skillfully maneuvers the spatula, making it enjoyable just to watch. The thick-cut beef tongue is moist on the inside, and the flavor expands with each bite. The tonpeiyaki is fluffy and the savory aroma of the pork adds a nice accent. The dengaku with eggplant has a sweet miso sauce that is fragrant and melts in the mouth. In the beautiful interior, I enjoyed beer and lemon sour, and had a relaxing time.

The iron plate is shiny and the interior is clean. The young owner skillfully prepares the food, and the conversation is enjoyable. The thick-cut beef tongue is cooked just right and pairs very well with the garlic sprouts, making it very delicious. The grilled eggplant with savory miso sauce is creamy inside. The menu items with mochi and cheese also leave a memorable taste. It is a joy to eat it hot off the grill, cutting it with a spatula and savoring each bite.
