This sushi restaurant was relocated from Hatchobori, Tokyo, and renovated from an old private house. The sushi is prepared by maximizing the flavor of ingredients from the local port of Manazuru, and can be enjoyed at the counter made of Nara cypress while enjoying the spectacular view. The restaurant also serves elaborate snacks such as the popular appetizer of ankimo (red kidney beans) with vinegared miso paste. The restaurant is also a popular "auberge" where you can stay overnight.

The tasteful restaurant, attached to a guest house, offers a spectacular view of the ocean, and was a relaxing place to dine. It is also nice that you can use the restaurant only for meals without staying overnight. The meal was an omakase course. The straw-roasted tuna had a deep, indescribable flavor. Nigiri (hand-rolled sushi) includes sea bream, kohada, and engawa, all of which are delicious. All dishes are safe and delicious. I would like to come back to this restaurant in different seasons.
