We have created a moist and chewy texture using domestic rice flour, mixed with our shop's name 'fig'. The natural sweetness is enhanced with banana, sweet sake, and brown sugar, making it a delicious treat that is gentle on anyone's palate. A popular chocolate muffin among children. Made with only domestically produced rice flour, it achieves a moist and chewy texture, mixed with chocolate. Sweetened naturally with banana, amazake, and brown sugar. Served warm, it can be enjoyed like a fondant chocolate. For drink sets, we recommend pairing it with apple tea or caffeine-free organic coffee.
Using domestically produced rice flour and only rich brown sugar for sweetness, kept to a minimum. This healthy carrot batter, fragrant with cinnamon, is gluten-free and dairy-free. The fluffy texture of the rice flour and the crunchy texture of the walnuts provide a nice accent. If you choose a drink set... we recommend pairing it with apple tea or vanilla tea.

This hot amazake is made using Kito yuzu, which is cultivated in the Kito region of Tokushima Prefecture without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or animal-based fertilizers, following natural circulation farming methods. Enjoy the refreshing aroma of yuzu blended with our homemade amazake in this original yuzu tea!
This is an original amazake blended with domestically produced kinako, organic soy milk, and homemade amazake. It is a simple menu item, but that simplicity allows the flavor of kinako to take center stage! This drink maximizes the appeal of kinako, which is said to have beauty benefits such as promoting beautiful skin and anti-aging effects.
