This is bōcha made from the stems of the first tea leaves from Kakegawa, which we serve at our tea shop. While hojicha is often made from bancha, this bōcha uses the stems of the first tea leaves. It is a unique product that greatly differs in taste and aroma from typical hojicha.

This is the deep tea we offer, made from the first flush of Kakegawa tea, which is processed as deep steamed tea. The variety is Yabukita. It is a top-class Kakegawa tea suitable for deep steaming, and it is a product that allows you to strongly feel its richness and umami.
