Delicious food and a variety of drinks in a traditional atmosphere

Choito Ikken is an izakaya located on Star Road in Asagaya, renovated from a traditional kominka (old house). In the richly atmospheric interior, you can enjoy exquisite dishes such as fresh horse sashimi sourced from Gunma and fried chicken seasoned with salt koji. The selection of drinks is also extensive, making for a fun time. The bar snacks are delicious, and with late-night hours, it's a casual spot to drop by.

Located just outside the center of Asagaya, a large lantern catches the eye. The place has been renovated in a traditional Japanese house style, creating a calm atmosphere that is very comfortable. The sautéed chicken liver is fragrant, and combined with the flavor of green onions, it makes you want to keep drinking. The fried chicken has a light, fluffy batter, and the crispy texture is irresistible. The horse sashimi is fresh, with a delightful texture that leaves an impression. There is a wide selection of sake, and the tea-based cocktails are creatively made, plus the staff is friendly, allowing for a relaxed enjoyment.
