It's a small shop located in the basement of a building, resembling a bit of a hidden gem. The young proprietress efficiently oversees everything, making the atmosphere very comfortable. The small bowls of obanzai, ohitashi, and hijiki have a straightforward taste that is soothing. The sashimi is also vibrant, and the umami is well conveyed. Ingredients from Koshu and Shinshu also make an appearance, and the slow-cooked beef stew and rice cooked in a clay pot left a particularly strong impression. The atmosphere is not overly formal, allowing for a relaxed enjoyment of conversations within the shop.
