Niu Nabe Ya Wagyu Juhbei

The 'Gyunabe (Premium)' is a single pot dish that uses Miyazaki black-haired wagyu 'Yagou beef'. The pot is coated with beef fat, and the appropriately grilled meat is dipped in the sauce. The sauce has a subtle yuzu fragrance that helps to mellow the greasiness. Additionally, the 'Kalbi Juu' is served in a layered box with kalbi grilled in a special sauce, and you can enjoy changing the flavor with sansho pepper or yuzu powder. Both dishes allow you to savor the deliciousness of Miyazaki beef.

The interior has a calm atmosphere based on black and wood tones, exuding the ambiance typical of a beef hot pot restaurant from the Meiji era. There are counter seats and table seats, making it a space that is easy to enter even for one person. It is located within Amu Plaza Miyazaki, making it convenient to stop by during shopping breaks.

"Gyunabe-ya Wagyu Juhachi" is a chain restaurant of the hamburger shop "Heike no Sato" and uses its own brand of Miyazaki black-haired wagyu called "Yagou Beef." The dishes are served in a one-person hot pot style, allowing for enjoyment tailored to individual preferences. Additionally, the dipping sauce has a subtle yuzu fragrance that helps to soften the greasiness, reflecting attention to detail in every aspect.
