<Small> 400 yen to hold, touch to your lips, drink, all of these sensations are designed exclusively for Super Dry. Please enjoy the original sharpness and crispness of Super Dry in a glass specially made for the 'Delicious! Draft Certified Store'.
A blended malt whiskey that intentionally does not use Yoichi, Miyagikyo, or Ben Nevis, but instead blends only malts from Scotland, including Yoichi, Miyagikyo, and Ben Nevis. It starts with a refreshing citrus note, followed by a floral quality reminiscent of black tea, and then transitions to a strong bitter sensation from peat with a sweet aftertaste. The diverse malts combine their individual characteristics to create a highball that offers a rich and expressive session.
Enjoy the taste of Nikka Frontier and the changing gradient of flavors of the floated whiskey.
This drink uses over 80% malt whiskey that has been aged for up to 7 years in Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon barrels, blended with a small amount of grain whiskey. It features aromas of ripe fruit and a rich flavor derived from the sherry cask. Aroma: It quickly transforms from a mature, rich scent to a light and spicy aroma reminiscent of fruitcake. Taste: A deep flavor rises on the tongue and spreads to the back of the throat. The mouthfeel is silky and smooth, with a pleasant sweetness from the sherry. Finish: A rich and sweet aftertaste lingers for a long time. The strength from the sherry cask and the softness of the malt harmonize beautifully.

Tsurumei (Heiwa Shuzo) was founded in Showa 3 in Wakayama Prefecture by Mr. Yamamoto. The name 'Heiwa' was given to the sake brewery, which means 'peace,' reflecting the joy of being able to brew sake in a peaceful era. The production method is very labor-intensive and time-consuming, making it unrelated to mass production of plum wine. It takes time for the plum trees to bear fruit, for rice and grains to become sake, and for the sake and plums to meet and become plum wine. This cycle continues for decades and centuries. Considering the continuation of plum cultivation and plum wine production in Wakayama, which has lasted for over 1000 years, this plum wine is made with a focus on local production.
A luxurious plum wine made using carefully selected 'high-quality fully ripe plums' with a sweet aroma reminiscent of peaches and a creamy texture. This luxurious plum wine is made with plenty of high-quality 'Wakayama grown fully ripe plums.' The 'Tsuruume' series was created with the desire to convey 'authentic' plum wine from the home of Kishu 'Wakayama' to the whole country. The high-quality 'tree-ripened fully ripe plums' from Wakayama are abundantly used. To preserve the freshness of the ingredients, we take the time to repeatedly make small batches to extract the essence of the plum wine. The sweet aroma like 'peaches' and the 'creaminess' that come from this effort will overturn the common sense of plum wine. Please enjoy the 'rich' deliciousness that you won't tire of no matter how much you drink.
The theme is 'Juiciness and Umami characteristic of Wakayama' - Tsuruume's cloudy umeshu! In fact, a few years ago, Tsuruume's cloudy umeshu was almost complete, but the brewery's commitment to the theme of 'juiciness and umami characteristic of Wakayama' led to repeated trial and error, and finally, a cloudy umeshu of the highest standard was completed that is not embarrassing to be named Tsuruume. Among various cloudy umeshu products flooding the market, the strong will of the brewery is felt in the decision not to ship until this level of perfection was achieved. The uniqueness of 'Tsuruume Fully Ripe Cloudy' is that, unlike regular cloudy umeshu which only adds plum pulp, it luxuriously incorporates 'peach' paste to create a richer flavor. As a result, it achieves a level of satisfaction and a refreshing aroma that was previously impossible with umeshu alone.
Luxuriously made with more than three times the amount of fully ripe plums than usual. This plum wine is highly refined and recommended as a drink to accompany meals. The plums used by the brewery, which is dedicated to plum wine, are of course luxurious, fully ripe plums. They are soaked in gentle sake that has been aged for over a year, using more than three times the usual amount of plums. After removing the plum fruits, it is aged for over a year to stabilize the flavor. The abundant citric acid from the plums and the rich umami from the matured plums create a perfect balance that enhances each other's appeal. It can be said to be a very refined plum wine with a rich plum flavor and easy drinkability. Additionally, its subtlety does not interfere with food, making it an excellent choice as a drink to accompany meals.
This is a premium yuzu sake that brings out the original charm of yuzu to its limits. It uses an extraordinary amount of yuzu harvested around the brewery, with a juice content of over 50%! This luxurious natural juice is blended with sake that has been slowly matured in a refrigerated environment, resulting in a mild flavor. The refreshingly vibrant taste and soft, delicate mouthfeel are unmatched. Even those who are not fond of alcohol can enjoy this exquisite drink. The deliciousness, designed with the drinking experience in mind, may feel a bit strong when served straight and chilled, but truly shines when enjoyed on the rocks. Even after more than five minutes on the rocks, it does not become watery; instead, it achieves a perfect balance, allowing you to enjoy the charm of yuzu until the very last drop.
