I was amazed at the number of entrées and sushi dishes! My friend said, "Let's go out for sushi after a long time! I'm so glad I haven't had sushi in such a long time! I'm going! I'm going! The restaurant is Tenju! They moved from Fukaebashi to Uehonmachi, so my friend wanted to go there to celebrate! The location is about a 5-minute walk north from Kintetsu Uehonmachi Station The restaurant is located along Uemachi-suji Street. From the storefront, it looks a bit upscale. When you enter the store, you take off your shoes and go into the store. You can relax when you take off your shoes! And, the floor is warm under your feet! Women are sometimes cold because of stockings. It wasn't too cold that day, so it was a little hot... But it's perfect for the coming season! The one-panel counter is so beautiful and lovely! I was impressed by the smell of wood when I visited the restaurant! This dish is a 12,000 yen course. I'm very excited and thrilled! Toast with CHABLS dry white wine! First of all, we start with snacks! Oyster stew The fan-shaped bowl is very cute! Dark miso with a strong red miso flavor! It is a good match with the plump boiled oysters! Hyogo Seko Crab Salad It is easy to eat because it is peeled nicely! Seiko crab is in season, isn't it? I'm so happy! I forgot to take a picture of the swordtip squid and sea urchin! Sea urchin wrapped around squid! It's served with a foamy soy sauce, which melts softly and gently. The soy sauce is very gentle! Barracuda, sea trout, sea bream and sea bream I'm glad to be able to enjoy a little bit at a time! You can see the careful work that went into each dish! Salmon roe and tuna with rice Mix these together~! The saltiness of the salmon roe and the richness of the tuna is amazing! It's so good! It's only about the size of two bites, but I think it could be served in a bowl. Managatsuo Saikyo-yaki - forgot to take a picture! I forgot to take a picture of it. Personally, I like Saikyo-yaki. Ishikawa Nanao Mozuku I had it as a palate cleanser! Very fine and elegant! Shizuoka wild eel, grilled white! They got a very good eel this day! The skin was crispy and the meat was plump! Simply served with a little pepper on top! The eel was already delicious, so we simply enjoyed it! Steamed sea bream with sake The plump steamed sea bream is so sweet! Fugu Tofu A little bit of a crispy texture, with a hint of puffer fish! Niigata cold yellowtail and guji (blowfish) shabu shabu shabu It is nice that they prepare it one by one! Shabu-shabu This is shabu-shabu with sake! Alcohol is gone, but the aroma of the sake is delicious! It's fun! Oyster Chawanmushi Oysters from Senpohji are used in this dish, The reason why the color is a little dull is because we use oysters! You can taste the bitterness and creaminess. Karazumi (dried mullet roe) I had a little bit of this! It was rich and made my mouth water~! Here is the nigiri! Seared sea bream, marinated Sword tip squid Ouma tuna (red) Ootoro Bigfin tuna Yuzu Daikon for your palate Buffoon sea urchin, foam salt Mackerel Wrapped with leek and soy sauce prawn Egg Kappamaki My stomach was getting full from the entrée, but the sushi was something else! The sea bream was a double attack of seared pickled and seared! The medium fatty tuna and mackerel were so fatty! The strong and solid ingredients kept on coming, but I was not bored until the end! The yuzu daikon (radish with yuzu citrus) to cleanse the palate was a nice touch! The clam tio-jiru (sea clam soup) we were served on the way to the restaurant! It was a big clam and very tasty! Finally, we had a dessert of "Shine Muscat"! We just had to eat the skin and crunch! And a souvenir! Sushi rolls inside! It was delicious, with lots of ingredients and each ingredient could be enjoyed! I should have taken one home with me! The meal started at 7pm and we left the restaurant at 11:30pm! I'm surprised we stayed that long! With this many dishes, it must have taken you a while. It's a really satisfying restaurant! Sushi makes me so happy! Thank you for the sushi!
