It's a small shop with only a counter, where the warmth of wood creates a comfortable and calming atmosphere. You can see the cooking right in front of you, and the staff's careful explanations add to the excitement. The dishes are centered around the flavors of Kyushu, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. In particular, the grilled grouper and swordfish, as well as the sashimi of spear squid, were fresh and had a nice texture, leaving a strong impression. The white miso with figs, deep-fried daikon, and miso-marinated cream cheese were also light and paired well with the drinks. To top it off, you can enjoy Hakata-style sesame sauce seafood chazuke and Oita's ryukyu bowl, making for a highly satisfying experience.
