This shop, located on the sixth floor of a building near the station, makes you excited just by sitting in front of the teppan. I love the friendly atmosphere where the staff cheerfully recommends the menu. The healthy special comes topped with green onions, shredded perilla, and tomatoes, offering a refreshing taste. The batter is thin, and the cabbage is steamed to a moist texture, creating a rich mouthfeel when you take a bite of the layers together. The special with udon is also satisfying, filled with meat, shrimp, squid, and squid tempura. Just watching the okonomiyaki being carefully shaped with a spatula and completed on the teppan makes me feel happy.
