A valuable store that is open even in the late afternoon. After seeing Shirakawa-go, we came to Takayama. However, most stores were closed before 5:00 p.m. when we arrived! Even though it's a tourist spot, ・・・・ So, inevitably, we concentrated on stores that are open after 5:00 p.m. If I had known in advance that I was going to Takayama, I could have done a lot of preliminary research. Unfortunately, we didn't have that kind of time, so we wandered around the shopping area where stores are lined up. Many stores are not open, so I was very happy when I found one that was open. This is one of them! I was tired of walking, so I decided to go in. Is it run by a family? It has a homey and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant is small and cozy with a counter, tables, and a small tatami room. It can be used in various ways. When we visited, there were two counter seats available and we were able to sit down just in time! After that, customers kept coming in and out, and we kept getting turned down. The menu is Hida beef grilled on a hot plate set meal: 2000 yen Hida beef grilled with miso set meal: 1800 yen Tonkatsu set meal 1300yen Miso katsu set meal: 1,400 yen Fried shrimp set meal: 1,300 yen Sashimi set meal 1200 yen Sansai set meal: 1,200 yen Hoba miso set meal 800 yen Hida beef potato croquette set meal: 800 yen Hoba miso and croquette set meal 1000 yen Rice ball set meal: 500 yen ◆A la carte Yakitori (3 pieces) 450 yen Croquette 600 yen Cold tofu 300 yen Kawakimo (dried fish) 500 yen Assorted wild vegetables 600 yen Koro-imo 400 yen Hoba miso 500 yen Agedashi tofu 500 yen Komodo tofu 400 yen Hida beef steak 2,700 yen Hida beef grilled with miso paste 1500 yen Hida beef grilled on a hot plate 1,700 yen Prices do not include tax. Wow~ There is Hida beef! This unexpected discovery makes me very happy! Of course, let's order the Hida beef! I ordered the Hida beef char-grilled and grilled set meal with miso leaves for 2,000 yen! My partner had the Hida beef grilled set meal for 2,000 yen! My set meal is fun because I can enjoy Hida beef both with charcoal and miso. This miso is also a Takayama specialty, so you can taste two in one! First, I eat it grilled over charcoal as it is! Very tender! I don't know where the part is... But it is surprisingly delicious! The sauce is light, but it's Hida beef, so I guess that's okay. The small bowls and bowls are also generally light. It will be grilled with leaves on top of the meat! Yum! This, on the contrary, is a taste that makes the rice go down the drain! Where you have to be careful not to overcook it because if you do, the miso will turn sweet and spicy! My partner doesn't like this kind of miso grill very much. even when he ate it... he didn't react well to it. I, on the contrary, liked it and it was delicious! The menu was written in English, and the waitress did her best to speak English. They were trying their best to speak English! Since we came all the way to Takayama, let's go back home after eating another local delicacy!
