The fish used in the course menu and a la carte dishes are caught by the owner himself, so you will never know the species of fish until the day of your meal. The species of fish caught change with the seasons, but we always use fish and vegetables that are in season, so please be sure to try our dishes.
Our restaurant is located in Kamitakuma City, the hometown of the owner, where we personally go out to sea to catch fish and grow vegetables in the fields, which we serve at this izakaya. Additionally, the catch varies with the seasons and weather, so the items we can offer may change, and the prices may fluctuate based on the size and quantity of the catch. We would appreciate it if you could take a look at the menu inside. If you have any questions or need more details, please feel free to ask the staff.
