Samgyeopsal is a Korean meat dish where sliced pork belly is grilled and eaten. You may be familiar with it, but our recommended dish is Ogyopsal. While samgyeopsal consists of three layers of pork, ogyopsal adds two more layers of skin and ribs, making a total of five layers of thick pork belly. Grill it until the skin becomes crispy, then enjoy it wrapped in lettuce with kimchi and special gochujang sauce according to your preference.
