A long-established eel restaurant in Kamakura

I was invited by a friend to dinner. I often visit this restaurant because of its delicious fish dishes. We ordered mainly sake and fish dishes. Among the dishes, the albacore ponzu was very tasty, with plump albacore and a rich flavor that filled our mouths. The ponzu sauce was refreshing and had a nice aftertaste. All of the sashimi was fresh and tasty, perfect with sake, and very satisfying.

After ordering a beer and waiting for about 10 minutes, you hear the footsteps of the staff coming up the stairs. They present you with a Kamakura carved lacquer box. I ordered the liver separately. Now, the unaju. When you open the lid, a fragrant aroma hits your nose. The eel, which has been cooked tenderly, pairs well with the slightly sweet sauce. The rice is slightly softer. Definitely a place I would like to visit again.
