We offer a wide selection of wines, mainly imported from Italy. If you let us know your preferences or mood, our sommelier will recommend something for you. Prices start from 1,200 yen per glass, and we occasionally open special wines.
Bottle wine starts from 6,600 yen, and bottle champagne starts from 10,000 yen.
Using only Honshu deer from Hasegawa Game Meat Shop in Odawara, Kanagawa Prefecture, the consommé made from bones and meat has a rich flavor akin to liquid meat, achieved through a long extraction process. It provides vitality for tomorrow and is nourishing and invigorating. It pairs well with champagne and red wine.
A salad made with strong-flavored vegetables such as kale and arugula, offering a satisfying crunch. Dressed with citrus or pickled plum dressing.
A dish featuring homemade shime saba (cured mackerel) grilled and placed on a tabbouleh mixed with couscous, chopped new ginger gari, and shiso leaves. Its refreshing acidity pairs well with both white wine and light red wine.
