I had ramen and Salmon and salmon ikura donburi order This is the best price I've ever paid for a bowl of ramen! I had it with soy sauce and wasabi. It's the best! Thank you very much for the food!

A restaurant specializing in the duality of ramen and seafood bowls! As a lover of both, I have always wanted to go to this restaurant! There were so many kinds of ramen that I had a hard time deciding, but I chose the one that looked the best! And then there's the Kaminari oyakodon, which is labeled the MVP of the year! A wonderful combo of duck sashimi, salmon, and salmon roe. The duck sashimi had a strong flavor and sweetness, and the salmon and salmon roe complemented it wonderfully! Thank you very much for the meal!

Using Hinai chicken, Aomori Shamo Rock, and Nagoya Cochin, we extract umami over a long period while ensuring that the flavor of the local chicken is not compromised, combining only the dashi from Rausu kelp and Hokkaido scallops to enhance the richness of the umami. We use purified water that has been filtered of impurities.
