The concept of the omakase course at Uohan Toki is to enjoy sushi and Japanese cuisine with a focus on seasonal ingredients from Kyushu. Each dish is carefully prepared to maximize the flavor of the ingredients. Omakase is a traditional Japanese ordering method, which is derived from the phrase "leave everything to you. We will strive to make you feel happy that you entrusted us with carefully selected ingredients and skilled techniques.
