This is a reservation for Kisaragiwa Roast Botan-nabe Course with 9 kinds of appetizers and grilled wild boar. (Contents) 1) 9 kinds of appetizers ➁Mini grilled wild boar (3) Miso botan nabe with chestnuts and specially selected loin Udon ball (5) Dessert
The number of items served may be limited without notice during busy weekends and holidays from October to March. Special udon noodles with miso and pork with chestnuts. Lunch menu. Served in order, reservations not accepted. (May be served from about 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in fall and winter. 2 servings or more (only 1 person can be served for 1 dish. 1 person is served from about 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). 50-minute service from time of serving. Parking (available from 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from October through March; 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. is for peony hot pot only). Weekdays are recommended. A hot pot with 'chestnut miso' and domestically sourced boar. Comes with black beans and 'udon noodles' as a finishing touch. You can choose from options like premium short rib (6800 yen), special loin (9200 yen), or a mix of both (8000 yen). Additionally, there are sets with grilled boar from Sasayama and course meals available.
This dish uses sweet pork selected with 'chestnut miso'. If you are not fond of wild boar meat, please give it a try. It is generally a lunch menu item. It is suspended on weekends and holidays in autumn and winter. Only the botan hot pot will be available. Reservations are only for the botan hot pot. The Dekansho Udon is served on a first-come, first-served basis.
The combination of 'chestnut miso' and mixed meats such as 'wild boar loin and premium short rib' brings about the best harmony. Served with black soybeans and udon noodles.
This is a top-quality hot pot made only with 'chestnut miso' and 'selected boar loin meat'. We manage the quality to ensure that it is not said to be the same loin meat as other restaurants, bringing out the umami of the boar meat.
