The interior of the restaurant is clean. The roast is very tender, and a light umami flavor spreads. The sauce has a good aroma, and the kalbi makes you want rice. The thinly sliced tongue has a light texture, and you can enjoy as many pieces as you like. The texture of the mino and senmai is pleasant, and they can be enjoyed deliciously with salt or a refreshing flavor. The tail soup, with just the right amount of spiciness, is carefully simmered, and the meat falls apart satisfyingly.

The interior is clean and has a pleasant Korean-style atmosphere. The thinly sliced beef tongue releases a wonderful aroma when lightly cooked, making it very enjoyable. The thick sirloin is juicy and satisfying. The ribeye is also delicious. The sides, including kimchi, namul, and salad, are impressive and kept me eating. The wall signs are eye-catching, and since the seating feels limited, it's reassuring to make a reservation in advance.
