The dishes convey a commitment to the ingredients, and each bite brings happiness. I can hear stories about the ingredients chosen by visiting markets and production areas, which makes it all the more convincing. Each dish is crafted with care, and the aroma of the broth and the cooking technique are excellent. The sense of the tableware is also good, and it's enjoyable to choose the glasses for drinks.
