The pinnacle of tea-based cocktails and creative Japanese cuisine

Chawari to Kodawari Ryori Chachami is an up-and-coming izakaya that boasts an impressive selection of 64 different tea-based cocktails. The chef's creative dishes are innovative while maintaining a Japanese flair, perfectly complementing the tea cocktails. The interior features a serene bamboo-themed Japanese space, allowing guests to enjoy delicious food in a calming atmosphere. The 'Unagi Chawanmushi' and 'Ebi Goshiki Age' are particularly exquisite, making it well worth a visit.

The tea pairing offers a total of 64 varieties, and it's exciting to think about the combinations. The unique pairings of tea and alcohol are interesting, and the aromas are delightful. The Japanese dishes, such as sashimi and tempura, are prepared with care, allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine through. In particular, the chawanmushi (savory egg custard), the dashimaki tamago (rolled omelette with mentaiko), and the five-color fried shrimp left a strong impression. The creativity of the head chef, who honed his skills at a famous eel restaurant, shines through, and the homemade satsuma-age (fried fish cake) and konnyaku (konjac) tempura are also delicious. The calm atmosphere, along with the bamboo-themed interior, is very pleasant, making it a comfortable place to be.
