A hidden gem to enjoy fresh seafood and carefully selected sake

Located just a 2-minute walk from Nakano-Sakaue Station, this seafood and local sake restaurant prides itself on delicious dishes made with fresh seafood sourced from Toyosu Market. The menu features a rich variety of options that never get boring, especially the sashimi platter with tuna and akagai, as well as fugu dishes. You can relax in semi-private seating separated by bamboo blinds, enjoying exquisite fish dishes paired with carefully selected sake from across the country.

It is located close to the station, in a quiet and calming atmosphere. They are skilled in fish dishes, and I feel that grilled items, sashimi, and simmered fish are all made with care. The squid from the live tank has a transparency, and its crunchy texture and gentle sweetness are irresistible. It's also fun that they turn the leftover tentacles into tempura, with the aroma of the sea spreading from the freshly fried dish. Additionally, you can enjoy various seafood such as flatfish, live sea bream, and rolls. The selection of sake is also abundant, and I am pleased to be able to taste freshly opened cup sake.
