The interior is bright and clean, with a counter and tatami seating that creates a calming atmosphere. Gentle music plays in the background, allowing you to enjoy your meal slowly. First, miso soup and simmered daikon are served, with a refined flavor enhanced by the dashi. The nigiri has a fluffy texture that breaks apart nicely, harmonizing very well with the toppings. The sashimi and shira-uo have a pleasant texture, and their umami is distinctly felt. The chawanmushi is also impressive, and you can finish off with ice cream, leaving you satisfied.
